We were supposed to go to an event today called "Yoga in the Park", where we'd hike for some miles with a small group of people and then do so yoga and then hike back. Instead, we're now helping family unpack and renovate a house. Life's funny that way, I guess. I was upset at first...perhaps even a little frustrated. We had such a cool plan for our Acoustic Sunday, and now it was ruined. Upon thinking about it though....
The renovations will probably be less work.
There will certainly be less mosquitoes eating us this way.
Helping those in need puts awesome energy into the universe.
If it rains we don't have to change our plans last minute.
Yoga in the park will just have to wait, and be a more intimate family affair. And when I think about that....
It makes me happy.
Life has a way of taking unexpected turns, but it always seems to work out well in the end.
